Unibinder 81 thermal binding machine thermal binding machine can bind documents of up to 120 sheets of 20lb paper. It comes with an integrated electric crimper. This allows you to stock fewer spine sizes. After binding, one places the cover into the crimping channel and the machine squeezes the metal channel closed to create a perfect fit every time. The Unibinder 8.1 was originally designed to work with the PhotoBook line. For the office that doesn’t need to bind more than 120 sheets, this machine makes it easy to use the full range of office supplies, including UniCover Hard, UniCover Flex and UniCover Spines, which are variations of the standard Steelbooks, Steelcrystals, Steelmatts and Steelbacks. For offices that need to bind larger quantities and larger spine widths, the Unibinder 8.2 would be the appropriate machine.
